Our partnership with Clear Water Construction Partners puts you in touch with a trusted, quality home builder.
Because many of our clients live in remote areas, NPH recognized a need for honest, quality home construction services. We organized Clear Water Construction Partners as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NPH to serve that market. With this subsidiary, we are now able to provide our clients with the right loan, custom design, and the best building team for new homes and remodels.
Currently Clear Water Construction Partners builds homes in New Mexico and Arizona in both urban and rural locations. We plan to expand throughout the Southwest in the near future. We are committed to hiring Native Americans for our work force who meet our standard of excellence.
Our business model enables NPH to deliver quality housing while providing economic development and employment opportunities in the communities we serve.
KARIGAN ESTATES
KARIGAN ESTATES PHASE II/IV
With its partner the Navajo Nation Division of Economic Development, NPH offers financing for 51 homes located in St. Michaels, Arizona on the Navajo Nation. All lots are convenient to churches, schools, stores, restaurants, Navajo Nation business offices and the Navajo Nation museum.
Our subsidiary, Clear Water Construction Partners, is the design/builder for this development.
Karigan Estates is located on FEE SIMPLE land. Homeowners who purchase in Karigan Estates own their lot as well as their house. Eligibility restrictions apply.
